Carroll Refuse Service was founded 25 years ago by brothers Joe and John Lampe as a small, family business in Carroll, Iowa. After John sold his interest, Joe and his wife Lisa continued to grow the company. Following Joe’s passing in 2016, the business was sold to three Carroll residents, continuing its strong local ownership and legacy.

In addition to the service we provide, we are mindful of our impact on the environment and are constantly striving to ensure that we stay knowledgeable and current, when it comes to the rules and regulations concerning sold waste disposal.
